Privacy

Last updated 10 October 2026

Orb Alchemy is a puzzle game made by the Unbeaten Studios team ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect and why. In short: we collect as little as we can to run the game, and we never sell your data.

The website

The puzzles on the website need no account. Your progress, streak and settings are kept in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us. Clearing your browser data clears them.

The website (not the app) also uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages are read, how people found us (for example from a search engine) and simple puzzle events such as a puzzle being started or finished. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your browser and device type, your approximate location (worked out from your network address, which it does not keep) and the pages you view. It does not tell us who you are. If you visit from Europe or the UK we ask first, and it stays off unless you accept. It is always off if your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, and anyone can turn it off at any time. Change your cookie choice

Who processes data for us

Deleting your data

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete my account and progress. This permanently deletes your account, progress and leaderboard scores. Purchases can't be refunded from there; Apple handles refunds.

Children

Orb Alchemy is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
